Pollença + Los Alcazares splash-In Program

Thursday April 30th Arrival of the seaplanes at Son Bonet, administrative procedures, documentation collection, lunch, preparation of flight plans and departure to LEPO (Puerto Pollensa). NOTE according to need, some aircraft may wish to refuel. Arrival will be between 11.00h. and 15.00 h.

Thursday April 30th At 17.00h seaplanes will depart towards LEPO at intervals of two to five minutes, the fastest departing first, to avoid saturation of airspace at arrival.

Thursday April 30th At 17.30h, arrival of the seaplanes at LEPO, transfer to the platform of the military Air Force Base, delivery of documentation and presentation of the pilots to military authorities.

Thursday April 30th At 18.30h, transportation of participants to their respective hotels.

Thursday April 30th At 20.00h, typical Mallorcan dinner. After dinner, transfer to hotels.

Friday May 1st At 08.30h, briefing for participants to transfer some of the the seaplanes to the beach area. During the morning, from 09.00h to 12.00h, the seaplanes will be visited by the general public, both on the platform and at the gated beach area.

Friday May 1st At 12.00h, the participants will fly the seaplanes over the bay. This programme will be under the supervision of the Director of the Air Festival.

Friday May 1st At 13.00h, Air Festival, including acrobatic teams (to be determined)

Friday May 1st At 14.30h, military authorities reception and buffet. Free afternoon.

Friday May 1st At 20.30h, Gala Dinner, and the presentation of gifts to our visitors.

Saturday May 2nd At 10.00h, departure  of all seaplanes to Los Alcazares.

Arrival in Los Alcazares and free afternoon

Sunday May 3rd Morning public visit of the seaplanes at Los Alcazares. The acts of the day will be co-ordinated by the group from Los Alcazares.

Monday May 4th Participants return to their places of origin
